My Pet:

Is not acting normal – inactive and in poor spirits
Tires easily with moderate exercise
Has seizures or fainting episodes
Has abnormal appetite and weight change
Vomits or regurgitates its food
Has abnormal bowel movements ( loose, bloody, or with mucus )
Drags its bottom on the floor
Has a dull coat with mising hair or mats
Scratches, licks or chews itself
Has skin that is flaky or greasy
Has fleas, ticks, lice or mites
Has sores, lumps or bumps
Has ears that smell sour or bad

Shakes its head or digs at its ears
Has eyes that are red, swollen with discharge
Has abnormal hearing and reacts strangely to its environment
Walks with stiffness, pain, or difficulty
Has unhealthy looking feet and long nails
Breathes abnormally, with straining or coughing
Has abnormal thirst; drinks abnormal amount of water
Urinates in unusual amounts, color and frequency
Has a dry nose, free from discharge
Has teeth that have plaque, tartar or bad breath
Has gums that are red and swollen, or offensive breath odor
Has bad habits (barking, spraying, biting)
